2. Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order. Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver with Royal Mail and aim to deliver within 1 to 4 working days across the UK. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns

Under UK law you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Because our products are food supplements sealed for health and hygiene reasons, this right does not apply once the seal has been broken. On top of this, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, including on opened products. See our Money-Back Guarantee for full details. None of this affects your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
