Not happy with a product? Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will give you your money back, even if you have opened it.
1. Email Us
Email contact@altavora.com within 30 days of your order being delivered, with your order number. A short line on why is helpful but not required.
2. Return Instructions
Opened your bottle? You're still covered by our guarantee, and there's no need to return it. If your product is unopened, we may ask you to send it back and will provide return instructions.
3. Refund Issued
We refund the full price of the product to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of your email.
Subscriptions: the guarantee covers every delivery. You can also skip or cancel your Subscribe & save plan at any time before your next delivery, at no cost.
Fair use: one money-back claim per customer per product. Free gifts (such as the electrolyte sachets in the Warrior Bundle) are not refunded separately.
This guarantee is on top of your legal rights. It does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
