How We Collect Reviews

Every review on altavora.com comes from a real customer. Here is how it works.

How we ask

• About 2 weeks after your order is delivered, our review partner Judge.me sends you one email with a link to review what you bought.
• There is no open "Write a review" form on our product pages, so only people who ordered can leave a review.
• Reviews left through these links show a "Verified" badge. Judge.me adds it automatically after checking the order. We can't add it by hand.

What we never do

• We never write reviews ourselves or pay anyone for a good review.
• We never offer discounts or gifts in return for a review.
• We never hide, change or delay a review because it is negative.

Free products

If someone got a product from us for free, for example as a gift to a content creator, we say so clearly next to their review.

When we remove a review

We only remove a review if it contains offensive language, someone's personal details, spam, or a claim that a product treats or cures a medical condition. The star rating never decides whether a review stays up.
