How long does delivery take?
We deliver with Royal Mail within 1 to 4 working days across the UK (Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday). Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping on all UK orders, no minimum required. We also ship to 31 European countries (all EU countries plus Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Liechtenstein) for £5. See our Shipping page for the full list.
What is in your products?
Every ingredient and its amount is listed in the Supplement Facts on each product page, exactly as printed on the label.
What is your returns policy?
Every product has a 30-day money-back guarantee, even if you have opened it. Email contact@altavora.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will refund you.
How does Subscribe & save work?
Choose Subscribe & save on the Ashwagandha, Multi Collagen or Shilajit page and you get one bottle delivered every month for £16.99 instead of £19.99 (15% off), with free UK delivery. Your card is charged each month when your new bottle is sent. There is no minimum number of orders: you can skip a delivery or cancel any time before your next payment, from your Altavora account (Sign in with your email) or by emailing contact@altavora.com. Discount codes and the 2 or 3 bottle savings cannot be added to a subscription.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking email with a link to follow your delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
